How to use
Apply to wet hair and massage into the scalp. Leave it on for 2–3 minutes before rinsing — anti-dandruff shampoos need contact time to work, and rinsing straight away is the most common reason people see no result. Use 2–3 times a week.
What to expect
Visible flaking usually improves over two to four weeks of regular use, not after one wash. Dandruff is managed rather than cured — if you stop entirely, it generally comes back, so most people keep using it once or twice a week.
Good to know
- Avoid contact with eyes — rinse with clean water if contact occurs.
- Stop using it if your scalp becomes red, sore or irritated.
- See a doctor if flaking does not improve after about four weeks, or if you have redness, thick scaling, bleeding, sores or hair loss. Those can point to seborrhoeic dermatitis, psoriasis or a fungal infection, which need proper treatment.
